Elkins Constructors was founded in 1955 when Martin Elkins formed the M.E. Elkins Company. The Company provides construction services to the commercial, institutional, and retail markets. We offer Construction Management, Design-Build and General Contracting services to both public and private clients.

Environmental Services, Inc.(ESI) was founded by Rhodes Robinson in 1986. As the firm approaches its twentieth anniversary Mr. Robinson’s original goals still apply: "provide quality, responsive service to our clients and create an environment where people enjoy their work."

ESI has over 160 employees in 14 offices throughout the southeast providing environmental, archeological, due diligence and remedial services. Many of our professionals hold advanced degrees in ecology, archeology, wetlands science, marine biology, hydrogeology and environmental science enabling ESI to offer a full compliment of environmental and cultural resources services.

Taylor Engineering

Founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1983, Taylor Engineering began as a coastal engineering consulting company. While we continue to devote much of our energy to coastal work, we have expanded our services to include dredging and dredged material management, hydrology and hydraulics, environmental services, and construction support services.

To date, Taylor Engineering has successfully completed projects throughout the Eastern United States, Mexico, and South America for federal, state, and local government; private industry; consulting engineers; and other professional organizations. The diversity of these projects range from design, permitting, and construction of beach nourishment and shore protection projects to advanced mathematical modeling of complex water bodies and the assessment of impacts associated with beach nourishment, channel deepening, and port development.
