Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for  day to day management of strategy, development, and measurement of  marketing and business development initiatives by performing the following  duties personally or alongside team members within department
  • Work in conjunction with department head and business unit leader(s) to develop strategic marketing and communications plan aligned with corporate objectives
  • Serve as primary, day to day point of contact for business unit, overseeing all aspects of campaigns, collateral, public relations and budget associated with promotion plans

  • Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution
  • Establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events
  • Provides sales support in the way of presentations, slicks and handouts as needed
  • Provide post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs and budget
  • Conduct customer and market research in conjunction with sales management
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date collateral library

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in a corporate environment related to marketing, business development or transportation
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong writing, grammar and content/copywriting skills
  • Must be able to communicate well with others using listening skills to identify concepts and determine relevance
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers, vendors and service partners
  • Must be well-organized and have the ability to meet deadline pressures while handling multiple projects at the same time
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills a must
  • Preferred experience includes: knowledge of transportation, relocation or logistics industry, AP writing style, internet marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, PPC) and knowledge of business development response writing (RFP, RFI, SOW)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated ability developing and implementing marketing strategies

Graphics Design / Marketing Specialist

Medical Practice Marketing Communications / Public Relations Manager

  • Conceptualize at a high level visually-appealing, informative technical graphics and illustrations (such as charts, process flows, screenshots, etc.) that support proposal messaging.  Graphics staff will create materials, but this role will assist in defining appropriate graphics for use in materials to meet objective of material.
  • Write and collaborate with others to develop content for collateral, including brochures, fliers, direct mail pieces, advertising, articles, award applications, abstracts, and more.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in English, professional writing, journalism, technical communication, and/or relevant field
  • At least four (4) years of experience in technical writing and editing for proposals including a winning track record of response to RFP’s
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products – primarily in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills with emphasis on attention to detail
  • Experience leading or working with large multi-discipline teams
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to take disparate information from multiple sources, aggregate, and assemble it together to create a professional document
