Summary

Signet Enterprises, a multi-faceted business organization located in Jacksonville, Florida with a heavy focus on real estate development is seeking at Marketing Manager to help support marketing efforts including the crafting of proposals, corporate branding and coordination of public relations efforts. Candidates should possess strong writing capabilities, be detail and deadline oriented and a team player along with being creative and pro-active.

Essential Job Duties

Assist in the creation and design of corporate branding, corporate marketing collateral and individual project information.
Writing, proofreading and copywriting of press releases, marketing collateral, proposals, etc.
Manage the corporate website.
Manages administrative function with new RFPs and proposal presentations.
Ensuring presentation deliverables and all associated materials and technologies are completed and secured.
Establish and maintain a centralized archive of presentations, marketing materials and communications that is accessible for swift editing and repackaging.
Establish templates for use between offices for consistent appearance and image.

Qualifications:

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, focused and ambitious.
Strong writing capabilities and communications skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe InDesign or similar desktop publishing software.
Professional demeanor, team player, positive attitude.
HTML, copywriting and other direct marketing skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines, both as an individual contributor and support team member.
Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
Limited travel required.
