Rebecca Ryan-Gonzalez has worked in the A/E/C industry for five years and has been with Sauer Inc. since 2010. She is an active member of the community, including serving on the SMPS North Florida Board of Directors for five years, president and immediate past president of The Contemporaries – the Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville’s young professional’s organization, and team captain for the American Heart Association’s First Coast Heart Walk. Rebecca graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
Inka Joensuu Finley, MBA

Inka Finley is a marketing manager at Auld & White Constructors and has worked in the A/E/C Industry for six years. She has served on the Board of Directors for SMPS North Florida for two previous terms, and is involved with the USGBC North Florida’s Communications Committee. She graduated from the University of West Florida in 2000 with a degree in Marketing and obtained an MBA with honors from the University of North Florida in 2005. Inka is a 2011 Dale Carnegie Course graduate.

Zach Brown has been with McVeigh & Mangum Engineering as the Director of Business Development for 5 years. He currently serves as the Chair for the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Trade Show Committee and is involved with the Programs Committee for the 2012 SMPS Southeast Regional Conference (SERC). Zach is a member of the Gator Bowl Committee, and is a regular attendee at ImpactJAX and Chamber of Commerce Cornerstone events.

Courtney Taylor, marketing manager for Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI), has over four years of experience working in the A/E/C Industry. Courtney received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Florida and has been with ESI for over eleven years. She supports ESI’s marketing and business development initiatives through graphic design for proposals, advertisements, and corporate marketing materials. Courtney has been involved with SMPS North Florida for three years and is the recipient of the 2010-2011 SMPS North Florida Member of the Year Award.

Shari Schurr is the past SMPS North Florida president as well as past PR/communications director and special events chair. She received the SMPS North Florida Distinguished Service Award in 2010 and the 2008-09 SMPS North Florida Member of the Year Award. Shari is a 2009 graduate of the Regional Leadership Academy, a member of the Regional Community Institute, NEFBA Commercial Builders Council Chair, Co-Chair of ULI Membership, and VP of PR for Mandarin Toastmasters, to name a few. Shari graduated from Jacksonville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
Jamie Stankewicz, CPSM

Jamie Stankewicz has more than six years of experience marketing A/E/C services. She is the Southeast marketing manager for Golder Associates Inc., an international environmental services and engineering firm. As such, she oversees the marketing efforts and works closely with the business development team of Golder’s Southeast region which includes eight offices from Tampa, Florida to Richmond, Virginia. Jamie graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a degree in Journalism and minor in Business Administration and is also a Certified Professional Services Marketer.
Jennifer Yoder, CPSM

Jennifer Yoder serves as education director for SMPS North Florida. As Director of Business Development for ETM, she is responsible branding, strategic planning and implementation, community outreach, client relationship building along with directing and educating a team of 25 business developers. Active in her industry and community, Jennifer is a founding director of the non-profit “Support Our Port” BRING THE NOISE Community Campaign as well as the founder and organizer of the Annual UNF Clay Shoot benefitting the School of Engineering. She is a Rotarian at the Downtown Jacksonville Rotary, serves on the Jacksonville Chamber Logistics Advisory Group and Business Development Group, APWA Executive Board, and is a 2011 graduate of the Northeast Florida Leadership Academy.

Kim Jowers has five years of experience in the A/E/C industry and is a marketing coordinator at TLC Engineering for Architecture. Kim has served on the SMPS North Florida Board of Directors as sponsorship director for the past two years and was an SMPS Rising Star Award recipient in 2010. Kim is also a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council North Florida Chapter where she serves as events chair.
Brian Franco

Brian Franco, vice president of marketing for Sauer Incorporated, has over 25 years of experience working the Jacksonville, Florida A/E/C industry. He is a vice chairman with The Players Championship and a past SMPS North Florida president. Brian graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in vocational education and from the University of North Florida with a degree in construction technology.
Allan Iosue

Allan Iosue is the director of business development at Pond & Company and will serve as membership chair for SMPS North Florida. He has over 14 years of experience in design, construction, and business development. He holds a license in Landscape Architecture, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and earned his Bachelor’s degree from SUNY-ESF in Syracuse, NY.
