Bonnie Faircloth, CPSM
Bonnie Faircloth, CPSM is a Marketing Manager for Batson-Cook Construction’s Jacksonville office and has 15 years marketing experience with 13 years in the A/E/C industry. She manages marketing efforts, project pursuits, and supports business development initiatives. Bonnie is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s in Art Administration and Art History and a Master of Management from Webster University.
Kim Jowers, LEED AP BD+C, CPSM
Kim Jowers, LEED AP BD+C, CPSM is a Marketing Specialist with TLC Engineering for Architecture with nearly a decade of experience in marketing for professional services. Kim is a graduate of Florida State College at Jacksonville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Converged Communications. She is the Education Director for the SMPS North Florida Chapter and has served as Secretary and Sponsorship Director in the past. Kim received the SMPS North Florida Shining Star Award in 2015 and 2016. She is also very active in the USGBC and is the Chair of the USGBC Northeast Florida Region.
Helga Christoforatos is the Director of Marketing for Miller Electric Company. She has over 13 years of experience in Marketing and Business Development for the A/E/C industry. Helga manages marketing, public relations, and advertising for Miller’s 17 offices across the United States, and supports business development initiatives. She is the Past Chairperson for Northeast Florida E-Week, and serves in the committee for North Florida Construction Career Days. Helga received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. She was the recipient of the 2013-2014 Shining Star Award.
Luchandra Bryant, MBA
Luchandra “Lu” Bryant has more than 10 years’ experience in the A/E/C industry. She is the Marketing Manager for Auld & White Constructors, handling all marketing efforts for the construction management firm. She has been involved with SMPS North Florida since 2012, serving as President, Special Events Director and Treasurer. Luchandra is the recipient of the 2016 -2017 Shining Star Award and the 2013-2014 Member of the Year Award. Luchandra is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s in Retailing – Fashion Merchandising and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Inka Joensuu is the marketing manager at Baker Klein, a woman-owned, full-service design-build firm headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. She has over 15 years of experience working in a marketing and communications role, and has worked in the A/E/C industry for nine years. She has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Florida and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of West Florida. Inka is originally from Helsinki, Finland.
Courtney Taylor, CPSM
Courtney Taylor, Marketing Director for Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI), has over seventeen years of experience working in the A/E/C Industry. She provides marketing support for the company through graphics design support for proposals, advertisements and corporate marketing materials. She also maintains Statements of Qualifications, Resumes, Project Descriptions, Government Forms, and provides support to technical staff for Business Development initiatives. Courtney attended the University of North Florida where she received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Courtney has been involved with SMPS North Florida for seven years and has served as President and Treasurer, she also served as the Co-Chair for SMPS SERC Regional conference and is the recipient of the 2010-2011 SMPS North Florida Member of the Year Award.
Cheryl Gessling is a Marketing Director for ECS Florida’s six offices in Jacksonville, Daytona, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tampa and Fort Myers. She has 21 years of marketing experience with 15 years in the A/E/C industry and she also serves on the committee for Northeast Florida E-Week. Cheryl oversees the implementation of the marketing and brand strategy for the ECS Florida subsidiary including campaigns, events, digital marketing, public relations, and proposals. ECS Florida, LLC is a premier provider of geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, environmental consulting and facilities engineering services. Cheryl earned her Bachelor’s in Communications from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida and her Associate’s in Fashion Merchandising from the Miami International University of Art & Design in Miami, FL.
Kit Conolly is the Marketing Assistant at Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) and joined SMPS in 2015. Kit has ten years’ experience in business development, eight years in manufacturing and the last two years in the A/E/C industry. Kit received her Associates in Business Management from Monroe College in New York. Kit assists the Marketing and Business Development efforts for ESI’s eight office locations. She is responsible for solicitation research, distribution, and preparation as well as managing ESI’s social media accounts and website.
Jill Renzi is the Marketing Director for Civil Services, Inc. (CSI) and CSI Geo, Inc. (CSI Geo). Jill has over twenty-three years of experience in the A/E/C industry in California and Florida. She is responsible for all aspects marketing and business development for both CSI and CSI Geo. She has been involved with SMPS for eight years in both California and Florida.
Zach Brown is the Business Development Associate for Michael Baker International. He has 13 years of marketing experience with 8 years in the A/E/C industry. He is responsible for branding, sales training, presentation development, and leading the capture plan process for all major pursuits across the Southeast. In 2009, Zach served as the SMPS North Florida Secretary and has been an active participant in many roles dedicated toward the A/E/C industry. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
